I can't click the 'Allow' button in Webcam Mode!

There is a documented issue with some versions of Firefox running on the Mac operating system that causes the Flash Player to function incorrectly when prompting you to click the 'Allow' button on the Flash security panel. We recommend that you use an alternate browser, such as Chrome or Safari, if you experience this issue.
